\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u6578\u5e74\uff0c\u5065\u5eb7\u5c55\u89bd\u90fd\u6703\u56e0\u61c9\u6bcf\u5e74\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4e3b\u984c<\/strong>\u800c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u6e96\u5099\u4e00\u500b\u7279\u5225<\/strong>\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6aa2\u67e5\u8f03\u57fa\u672c\u5065\u5eb7\u6aa2\u67e5\u66f4\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\uff0c\u5176\u91dd\u5c0d\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u5247\u8207\u8a72\u5e74\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u60f3\u77e5\u9053\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u5c31\u5feb\u9ede\u95b2\u8b80\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u4ecb\u7d39\u5427\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past few years, special theme-based health checks were prepared for citizens based on the theme of the Health Exhibition, which is different from year to year. Usually, these health checks are more complicated than the basic health checks that we carry out every year, and they target diseases related to the theme that year. Read below to know more about our previous special checks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024:\u300c\u4e00\u6c23\u5475\u6210\u300dBreath Inspired \u2014<\/strong> \u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5 Respiratory diseases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u65bc2024\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u80ba\u6d3b\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u3002\u80ba\u6d3b\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u662f\u4e00\u9805\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u91cf\u5ea6\u500b\u4eba\u5728\u4e00\u6b21\u547c\u5438\u4e2d\u5438\u5165\u53ca\u547c\u51fa\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u91cf\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u5075\u6e2c\u6c23\u9053\u963b\u585e\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u547c\u6c23\u6c23\u6d41\u53d7\u963b\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9664\u4e86\u80ba\u6d3b\u91cf\u6e2c\u5b9a\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u6709\u5e78\u9080\u8acb\u591a\u540d\u4e2d\u5927\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u65bc\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u5834\u9032\u884c\u8b1b\u5ea7\uff0c\u85c9\u6b64\u63d0\u9ad8\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2024, aligning with our theme of respiratory diseases, we offered free Spirometry tests to citizens. Spirometry is a common test that measures how much air an individual can breathe in and out in one breath, and is able to detect obstruction in the airway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to spirometry tests, we were honored to invite several respiratory specialists from CUHK to deliver talks at the exhibition venue, aiming to enhance public awareness of respiratory health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2023:\u300c\u5f9e\u8178\u8a08\u8b70\u300dQuest to Digest \u2014<\/strong> \u6d88\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5 Gastrointestinal and Hepato-pancreatic-biliary (HPB) diseases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u57282023\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u6d88\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u809d\u81df\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u6383\u63cf\uff08FibroScan\u00ae\uff09\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4f30\u8a08\u809d\u81df\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u7684\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u8a55\u4f30\u809d\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u968e\u6bb5\u3002\u8207\u809d\u81df\u7e96\u7dad\u5316\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u5e38\u898b\u6162\u6027\u809d\u75c5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u6162\u6027\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u3001\u6162\u6027\u4e59\u578b\u809d\u708e\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u809d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u6703\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u4e59\u578b\u809d\u708e\u8868\u9762\u6297\u539f\uff08HBsAg\uff09\u7be9\u67e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u9748\u654f\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u4fbf\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5100\u63d0\u4f9b\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u4f5c\u70ba\u60a3\u6709\u4e59\u578b\u809d\u708e\u7684\u521d\u6b65\u8a3a\u65b7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9664\u4e86\u809d\u81df\u6aa2\u67e5\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u6709\u5e78\u9080\u8acb\u591a\u540d\u4e2d\u5927\u8178\u80c3\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u65bc\u5c55\u89bd\u6703\u5834\u9032\u884c\u8b1b\u5ea7\uff0c\u5180\u85c9\u6b64\u63d0\u9ad8\u5e02\u6c11\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u8178\u80c3\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, aligning with our theme of gastrointestinal and HBP diseases, we are offering free FibroScan\u00ae tests to citizens. FibroScan\u00ae is principally used to estimate the degree of liver scarring present, which assesses the stage of liver disease. Liver scarring, or liver fibrosis is closely associated with a number of chronic liver diseases, such as chronic hepatitis C, chronic hepatitis B and fatty liver. We will also be providing free hepatitis B antigen screening, which is a sensitive, easy-to-use rapid test that provides accurate results as a preliminary diagnosis of hepatitis B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these checks, we are also honoured to invite various gastroenterologists from CUHK to deliver health talks at the Exhibition, in hopes of raising the public’s awareness of digestive health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2022:\u300c\u660e\u5bdf\u79cb\u6beb\u300dHealth InSight \u2014 \u773c\u79d1\u75be\u75c5 Eye diseases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u57282022\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u773c\u79d1\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8cbb\u773c\u79d1\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u773c\u58d3\u3001\u5c48\u5149\u5ea6\u6578\u3001\u9ec3\u6591\u75c5\u8b8a\u6aa2\u67e5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e7e\u773c\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u5e02\u6c11\u60a3\u6709\u773c\u79d1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u773c\u79d1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9664\u773c\u79d1\u6aa2\u67e5\u5916\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ea6\u9080\u8acb\u5230\u773c\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u9032\u884c\u8b1b\u5ea7\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u5e02\u6c11\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u773c\u90e8\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, aligning with our theme of Eye Diseases, we are offering free eye checks, including intraocular pressure measurement, refractive error measurement, macular degeneration screening and dry eye disease risk assessment. These checks analyses the risk for eye diseases among our participants and increases their awareness on such diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apart from eye checks, we have also invited ophthalmologists to give talks on eye health, hoping to increase the general public’s awareness on the health of the eyes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u57282021\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u808c\u8089\u9aa8\u9abc\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b9a\u91cf\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\uff08QUS\uff09\u6e2c\u8a66\u9aa8\u8cea\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u5e02\u6c11\u60a3\u6709\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u5927\u773e\u5c0d\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u75c7\u7684\u610f\u8b58\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUS\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u91cf\u5316\u8d85\u97f3\u6ce2\u8207\u9ad4\u5185\u7d44\u7e54\u4e92\u52d5\u7684\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u91ab\u7642\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u6703\u5229\u7528\u5b9a\u91cf\u5f0f\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u6383\u7784\u53c3\u52a0\u8005\u7684\u8173\u8ddf\u9aa8\u3002 \u901a\u904e\u5206\u6790\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u4fe1\u865f\uff0c\u6a5f\u5668\u8a08\u7b97\u8d85\u8072\u6ce2\u5728\u8173\u8ddf\u9aa8\u5167\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u3001\u983b\u7387\u53ca\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u6578\u64da\u4f30\u8a08\u9aa8\u8cea\u5bc6\u5ea6\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u8a55\u4f30\u60a3\u6709\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u75c7\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2021, aligning with our theme of Musculoskeletal Diseases, we are offering bone density analysis with Quantitative Ultrasound (QUS), which analyses the risk for osteoporosis among our participants and increases their awareness on the disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

QUS is a non-invasive procedure that aims at quantifying interactions between ultrasound and biological tissues. QUS will be administered at the participants’ calcaneal area (near the heel bone). Through the analysis of the ultrasound signals, we can measure the velocity, frequency and routes in which the ultrasound travels inside the calcaneus. It enables us to estimate bone density and evaluate the risk for osteoporosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019: \u300c\u795e\u7d93\u5999\u7b97\u300dMastermind \u2014 \u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5 Neurological diseases <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u57282019\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u8996\u7db2\u819c\u6295\u5f71\uff08ARIA\uff09\u6e2c\u8a66\u4e2d\u98a8\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u5224\u65b7\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u8ff7\u4f60\u8a8d\u77e5\u91cf\u8868\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4ee4\u5e02\u6c11\u53ca\u65e9\u77e5\u9053\u60a3\u4e0a\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4eba\u985e\u7684\u8996\u7db2\u819c\u8840\u7ba1\u8207\u5927\u8166\u8840\u7ba1\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u8d77\u6e90\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64ARIA\u904b\u7528\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\u4f86\u77ad\u89e3\u5927\u8166\u8840\u7ba1\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u4e26\u5224\u65b7\u5e02\u6c11\u7684\u4e2d\u98a8\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u9019\u500b\u7121\u5275\u7a0b\u5e8f\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u62cd\u4e00\u5f35\u8996\u7db2\u819c\u5716\u50cf\u9032\u884c\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5e7e\u5206\u9418\u5f8c\u5e02\u6c11\u4fbf\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8ff7\u4f60\u8a8d\u77e5\u91cf\u8868\u6e2c\u8a66\u53ef\u4ee5\u5bdf\u89ba\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u5982\u963f\u8332\u6d77\u9ed8\u75c7\u3002\u6b64\u6e2c\u8a66\u8981\u6c42\u5e02\u6c11\u56de\u60f3\u5728\u6e2c\u8a66\u958b\u982d\u544a\u8a34\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u4e09\u500b\u8a5e\u8a9e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u624b\u756b\u4e00\u500b\u9418\u9336\u3002\u56de\u60f3\u8d77\u7684\u8a5e\u8a9e\u6578\u76ee\u8207\u9418\u9336\u756b\u7684\u76f8\u4f3c\u5ea6\u6703\u6709\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u5206\u6578\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u65b9\u4fbf\u5feb\u6377\u7684\u7661\u5446\u7be9\u9078\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, aligning with our theme of Neurological Diseases, we offered Stroke Risk Analysis using Automatic Retinal Image Analysis (ARIA) and the Mini-Cog to test cognitive impairment, allowing citizens to be aware of the risks of neurological diseases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ARIA utilises the fact that the blood vessels in the retina are histologically and embryologically related to those in the brain. It provides a glimpse into the condition of cerebral blood vessels and whether there is a risk of stroke in the citizen. This non-invasive procedure involves taking an image of the retina and analysing it, with citizens getting results within minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Mini-Cog is a test that can increase detection of cognitive impairments, such as Alzheimer\u2019s. The test involves recalling three words given at the start of the test and drawing a clock. A score is given based on how many words are recalled and whether the clock is drawn correctly. This provides a simple, quick screening for dementia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2018: \u300c\u767c\u4eba\u5fc3\u7701\u300dHeart Matters, Beats Better \u2014 \u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5 Cardiovascular diseases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u57282018\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u5373\u5834\u63d0\u4f9b\u5fc3\u623f\u986b\u52d5\u7be9\u67e5\u3001\u8e1d\u80b1\u8840\u58d3\u6307\u6578\uff08ABI\uff09\u6aa2\u67e5\u3001\u52d5\u8108\u786c\u5316\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6839\u64da\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u98a8\u96aa\u8a55\u4f30\u4f86\u4f30\u7b97\u500b\u4eba\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u904b\u7528\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u8840\u7ba1\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5100\u4f86\u6bd4\u8f03\u8173\u8e1d\u53ca\u4e0a\u81c2\u7684\u8840\u58d3\uff0c\u5e02\u6c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5341\u5206\u9418\u5167\u5f97\u5230\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u8e1d\u80b1\u8840\u58d3\u6307\u6578\uff08ABI\uff09\u3002ABI\u53ef\u4ee5\u53cd\u6620\u5468\u908a\u52d5\u8108\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u75be\u75c5\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u8173\u75db\u4ee5\u53ca\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u4e2d\u98a8\u8207\u5fc3\u81df\u75c5\u767c\u4f5c\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u6b64\u6e2c\u8a66\u5341\u5206\u5feb\u6377\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e00\u5929\u5167\u53ef\u4ee5\u670d\u52d9\u773e\u591a\u7684\u5e02\u6c11\u3002\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5100\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u9810\u6e2c\u5341\u5e74\u5167\u767c\u5c55\u81f4\u547d\u8207\u975e\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9867\u554f\u6703\u5efa\u8b70\u5e02\u6c11\u76f8\u61c9\u7684\u9632\u79a6\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5e02\u6c11\u5728\u7528Microlife\u8840\u58d3\u8a08\u91cf\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u5f97\u5230\u5fc3\u623f\u986b\u52d5\u7be9\u67e5\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9ad8\u7d1a\u9867\u554f\u5206\u6790\u7d50\u679c\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d66\u51fa\u9632\u6b62\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2018, in tandem with our theme of Cardiovasculogy, we provided vascular screening with ankle-brachial index (ABI), vascular disease risk prediction and atrial fibrillation tests, offering citizens a comprehensive assessment of their cardiovascular health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the Non-invasive Vascular Screening Device, citizens could have a test for ankle-brachial index in 10 minutes, by comparing the blood pressure in the upper and lower limbs, with a very high accuracy. The screening is for peripheral artery disease, which can cause leg pain, a higher risk of stroke and heart attack. Due to the short duration of the test, it served a large number of citizens in one day. The Vascular Screening Device also provides a prediction of the risk of developing fatal or non-fatal cardiovascular diseases in the next 10 years. The citizens could adopt respective preventive measures advised by our counsellors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the citizens were having their blood pressure tested, they underwent a test for atrial fibrillation as well with the blood pressure monitor from Microlife. Our senior counsellors would interpret the result and suggest possible precautions to the development of cardiovascular diseases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2017:\u300c\u805e\u8aaa\u300dFree from Hearsay, Never Astray \u2014 \u8033\u9f3b\u5589\u79d1 Otorhinolaryngology <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2017\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u8033\u9f3b\u5589\u79d1\u70ba\u4e3b\u984c\uff0c\u7531\u8033\u9f3b\u5589\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u70ba\u5e02\u6c11\u63d0\u4f9b\u8033\u93e1\u6aa2\u67e5\u53ca\u807d\u529b\u969c\u7919\u7be9\u9078\u8a55\u4f30\u3002\u8033\u93e1\u6aa2\u67e5\u904b\u7528\u8033\u93e1\u5100\u5668\uff0c\u63d2\u5165\u8033\u6735\u4fbf\u80fd\u6e05\u695a\u770b\u898b\u8033\u9053\u53ca\u9f13\u819c\u3002\u6b64\u6aa2\u67e5\u80fd\u5224\u65b7\u8033\u5167\u662f\u5426\u6709\u7570\u5e38\uff0c\u5982\u75a4\u75d5\u6216\u767c\u708e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2017, we offered free otoscope examinations under the theme of Otorhinolaryngology. The examination provides a simple assessment of hearing ability and uses an instrument called an otoscope, which is inserted into the ear canal. The ear canal and tympanic membrane can be seen and checked for any abnormalities, such as scarring and inflammation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2016: \u300c\u6d88\u6182\u5316\u96e3\u300dYour Digestion, Our Attention <\/strong>\u2014 \u6d88\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u75be\u75c5 Gastroenterology<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In 2016, we offered Hepatitis B Blood Test and Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening Score under the theme Gastroenterology. After pricking a citizen\u2019s finger, a machine paired with hepatitis B test strips could show the presence of hepatitis B surface antigens in blood rapidly. These can be detected in blood from 1 to 9 weeks after exposure to the virus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Asia-Pacific Colorectal Screening Score is a survey covering significant risk factors like sex, age, family history and smoking status. Through comparison with elementary clinical data, risk for colorectal advanced neoplasia was given as a score. It enables health professionals to prioritize citizens for colorectal screening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2015, we offered a series of tests under the theme Ophthalmology, including visual acuity tests, and tests for age-related macular degeneration, myopia, astigmatism, and intraocular pressure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a visual acuity test, a Snellen chart composing of letters or numbers of different sizes was used. Visual acuity is given by a fraction; normal vision is represented by 20\/20, meaning objects at 20 feet away could be seen normally. Deviance from 20\/20 could indicate whether a citizen needed corrective lenses due to myopia or astigmatism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Age-related macular degeneration was tested for by Amsler grids. Seeing missing grids, wavy lines, or distorted shapes could indicate abnormalities in the retina or macula. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tonometers were used to test the intraocular pressure (fluid pressure within the eye) of citizens. A high measured value could indicate a higher risk of glaucoma, since the increased intraocular pressure due to poor eye drainage could damage the optic
