香港中文大學健康展覽2023 – 從腸計議 | CUHK Health Exhibition 2023 – Quest to Digest
一年一度嘅中大健康展覽又返黎啦～🩺
話咁快中文大學醫學院院會健康展覽就已經踏入第三十五載！
🚨喺香港，大腸癌、肝癌和胃癌等疾病每年都會奪去上千上萬人嘅生命。喺呢個世代，城市人嘅生活方式無可避免地對我地嘅消化系統帶黎莫大嘅負面影響。成日食用高熱量、高脂肪同埋高糖份嘅食物、工作壓力大、睡眠不足、缺乏運動等等呢啲咁常見嘅問題，通通都係引致腸胃疾病嘅元兇！腸胃健康同我地嘅生活息息相關，實在不容忽視。🚨
有鑑於此，籌委會將以「從腸計議」“Quest to Digest” 作為今年健康展覽嘅主題，喚起公眾對腸胃及肝臟健康嘅關注，了解各種消化系統疾病嘅成因同症狀，幫助廣大市民提高健康意識，防患於未然。我哋將會喺以下三個週末，到香港各大商場舉行健康展覽：
1️⃣第一週：7-8/10
地點：將軍澳 新都城中心三期
2️⃣第二週：14-15/10
地點：藍田 麗港城商場
3️⃣第三週：21-22/10
地點：大埔 大埔超級城
展覽內容非常豐富，當中包括：
- 免費肝臟檢查（肝纖維化掃描及乙型肝炎表面抗原檢查）
- 免費健康檢查（血糖、血總膽固醇、血壓、心房顫動、體質指數檢查）
- 健康資訊展板 x 16
- 精彩表演（雜耍表演、中國功夫表演、魔術表演、樂隊表演）
- 腸胃肝臟科醫生講座
- 教育影片
- 免費紀念品

The annual Health Exhibition is back! 🩺
This year marks the 35th year of CUHK Medical Society’s Health Exhibition!
🚨In Hong Kong, diseases such as colorectal cancer, liver cancer and stomach cancer claim the lives of tens of thousands of people every year. Poor gastrointestinal (GI) well-being has been a longstanding problem in this city as a result of the unhealthy urban lifestyle. Consuming high-calorie, high-fat, and high-sugar foods regularly, experiencing work stress, lack of sleep and regular exercise, are all culprits behind common gastrointestinal diseases. Our digestive health is closely related to our overall well-being, and that is why we should always pay close attention to it. 🚨
As such, we are organising this year’s Health Exhibition under the theme “Quest to Digest”, hoping to spread awareness to Hong Kong citizens about GI-related diseases, as well as to promote knowledge in GI treatment and a healthy lifestyle that prevents the risks of developing GI diseases. In the following three weekends, the Health Exhibition will be held in various shopping malls in Hong Kong:
1️⃣Week 1: 7-8 October
Venue: Metro City Plaza Discovery, Tseung Kwan O
2️⃣Week 2: 14-15 October
Venue: Laguna Plaza, Lam Tin
3️⃣Week 3: 21-22 October
Venue: Tai Po Mega Mall, Tai Po
The content of the Exhibition includes:
- Free liver checks (FibroScan, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Test)
- Free health checks (Blood Glucose, Blood Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, atrial fibrillation screening for stroke risk assessment, Body Mass Index)
- Information boards x 16
- Performances (juggling, Chinese Kung Fu, magic shows, Band performances)
- Health talks by gastrointestinal doctors
- Educational videos
- Free souvenir distribution
