香港中文大學健康展覽2022 – 明察秋毫 CUHK Health Exhibition 2022 – Health InSight

一年一度嘅健康展覽返嚟喇❗️隨住通訊科技日漸普及，我哋每日使用智能手機、平板電腦等產品嘅時間越來越長，而自2020年新冠病毒肆虐，市民大多居家抗疫，透過網絡遙距工作、上網課，令我哋成日都睇住大大小小嘅螢幕，無形中增加咗患上各種眼疾嘅風險！

有鑑於此，籌委會將以「明察秋毫」 ”Health InSight” 作為今年嘅主題舉辦健康展覽，藉此機會提醒市民護眼嘅重要性。我哋將會喺以下三個週末，到香港各大商場舉行健康展覽：

展覽嘅內容非常豐富，當中包括：

1. 免費眼科檢查（眼壓檢查、屈光不正檢查、黃斑病變檢查、乾眼症風險評估）
2. 免費健康檢查（血糖、血總膽固醇、血壓、心房顫動、體質指數檢查）
3. 健康資訊展板 x 16
4. 精彩表演（雜耍表演、中國功夫表演、魔術表演、跆拳道表演）
5. 眼科醫生講座
6. 教育影片
7. 免費紀念品派發

The Annual Health Exhibition is back❗️ 

With the rapid development of various technological advances, the usage of electronic devices in our daily lives has become more prevalent. This has worsened in recent years, as under the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic, many activities have shifted online. The adoption of work-from-home strategies and e-learning has resulted in a significant rise in screen-time for people of all ages. The prolonged exposure to digital screens has no doubt increased the risk of eye diseases, such as myopia, digital eye strain and dry eye disease, just to name a few.

In an effort to educate and remind the public about eye health and care, the Organizing Committee is organizing the Health Exhibition, under the theme, “Health InSight“. In the following three weekends, the Health Exhibition will be held in various shopping malls in Hong Kong:

The content of the Exhibition includes:

1. Free eye examinations
2. Free health checks (Blood Glucose, Blood Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, atrial fibrillation screening for stroke risk assessment, Body Mass Index)
3. Information boards x16
4. Performances (juggling, Chinese Kung Fu, magic shows, Taekwondo performances)
5. Health talks by ophthalmology doctors
6. Educational videos
7. Free souvenir distribution
